About Me

I’m an experienced therapist and mental health professional committed to bringing compassion, integrity, and an open mind to the work I do with individuals, couples, and families.

I was trained at New York University’s Silver School of Social Work and at the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy (ICP) in Manhattan, and I’m certified by New York State as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I hold post-Masters Degree certificates in Family and Couples Therapy and in Clinical Work with Adolescents.

In addition to maintaining a private therapy practice, I’ve worked with students in a college mental health center and with emotionally disturbed children and adolescents in agencies and schools.

I currently serve on the leadership team and teach at ICP’s Family and Couples Therapy Services (FACTS) program. I’m a member of the National Association of Social Workers and regularly attend advanced professional trainings and workshops.
